For over 10 years, the company successfully represents the interests of their Investors in all matters relating to Real Estate. The range of services includes Portfolio- and Transactionmanagement, Marketing (Purchase and Sale of Investment- /Yield Properties, Commercial Properties, Companies, Projects, Building Land/Plots), Development of new Construction Projects, Valuation, Financing (Mortgage Loand, Mezzanine) as well as Initial Letting.
MERLINI INVEST AG - founded in 2023 - is a specialized consulting company that focuses on investment strategies in the field of indirect Swiss real estate investments.
